These conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
All prices on this site are based on EURO (€ ). You are required to pay delivery charges at the checkout stage based upon the appropriate delivery zone as set out in Shipping page.
Once you are logged in the website, all prices include VAT (where applicable) at the french current rates (20%).
For Norway and Switzerland customers, the prices are excluding taxes, additional fees are charged for customs formalities (import - export). VAT is payable in your country.
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges as set out in Shipping page. Payment can be made by Paypal (including most major credit or debit cards ) and bank transfer.

Orders passed by bank transfer are not subject to a fee.
For orders of Swiss customers the Paypal Tax is 5% of the total amount.
An invoice will be provided when you receive your order. If you require the invoice to be sent under separate cover - e.g. if your purchase is a gift to be sent to the recipient - please indicate this in your order.
Rseat Store guarantees that the purchased goods were free of material and manufacturing flaws at the time of the transfer of the goods and that they have the guaranteed quality set down in the contract.Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for flaws and quality. In the case of apparent flaws, these must be reported to us in writing within 2 days after their discovery, the same is valid for latent defects. Otherwise the guarantee for these defects does not apply. The guarantee is for 24 months after shipment. With complaints, the purchase date must be proven with the invoice provided you with the products. The article being complained about with full accessories together with an exact description of the error must be sent in together with a copy of the delivery receipt in the original packaging with suitable outer packaging, with sufficient postage paid. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, and misuse, improperly installed or improperly tightened screws are not covered by the warranty. The guarantee expires if the customer changes the goods delivered. With defects which are the fault of the buyer because of improper handling, the buyer is committed to carry all resulting subsequent improvement and transport costs.
Note: Our seats are in fiberglass, cracks of fiber or paint can appear on the clamping point this is normal and can not be considered as a manufacturing defect.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address given at the time you place your order via TRANSCO / Kuehne+Nagel or DHL. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted dependent on the lead time of the product, normally process orders within 1 business day after the payment is received. Delivery dates acknowledged by rseat-europe.com Store are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times and transportation schedules. Estimated delivery dates will be considered as accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to the Company in writing within seven days of order placement. Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer should be given in writing at the time of order placement and will be considered by the Company and if necessary conditions and charges may change accordingly. The package(s) has full insurance of the purchase price. If package is damaged by TRANSCO / Kuehne+Nagel or DHL Buyer has to fill damage claim and we will replace all damaged parts, if any.
DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR THE RIGS
We call your attention to the need, on the day of receipt of your package to check its status by opening and checking its state inside.
Indeed the package may be in perfect cosmetic condition outside, but if the package has been dropped on one side or the seat frame could be damaged.
In case of problem (open package, empty package contents damaged ...), please refuse and mention the specific reason for refusal on the travel voucher. In order that, in this situation, you still want to receive the parcel, please make sure to issue written upon receipt reserves. If possible thank you to alert us once the reserves expressed.

The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You must notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting us by email. You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or by the use of any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Rseat Store only collects personal information from our online visitors on a voluntary basis and only during registration or placing an order. Visitors purchasing goods and services online will need to provide name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. Your telephone number may be passed on to the carriage company we employ to deliver your goods. These details allow us to process your order and, subsequently, keep you up to date with the status of your order.

When you register with rseat-europe.com Store, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information. The information you provide allows us to alert you to new products, services, special offers/promotions, news and events.
