Important Information - February 2025


For your information, our customer service will be closed for holidays from 2025, February 10th to 17th included. During this period, we won't be able to reply to your request via emails and phone.
If you have any urgent enquiry, please reach us to info@rseat-europe.com and we will do our best to process your request as soon as possible.

Moreover, there will be no order shipments during this period ; orders placed from February 7th, 10 AM (GMT +1) will be dispatched from February 18th.

Information about the UK's departure from the European Union.

Dear UK customers,

Due to the Brexit on December 31, 2020, all new orders placed on or after December 18, 2020 for products in stock or out of stock will only be shipped from January 4, 2021.

Updates will be added to this information from time to time.

At the moment of your order, please provide us your EORI Number, to make it easy for the shipping company. If you don't have any EORI Number yet, please following this link : https://www.gov.uk/eori
